A recent show marking Lou Reed’s passing, concentrating on The Velvets and his early solo work.

A show consisting of my favorite Lou Reed tracks, I have long been a massive fan – although mainly of his output within The Velvet Underground which were his best years as a song-writer if we’re honest. A tip of the hat to a great artist and individual.

Feat. Lee Konitz, African Jazz n’ Jive, The Chromatics, Autechre, Shostakovich and a Gospel classic

A recent show I did – an hour of music that takes in various styles but has a good progression to it and knits together quite well I think. Have a listen and let me know what you think.

A show from July during the lovely hot weather, the tracklist reflects mine and probably most people’s mood at the time – all upbeat Hip-Hop, Soul, some fried Dub, a great version of Summertime from Stan Getz and a couple of odes to heroin by Spiritualized. Hope you enjoy it.
