I decided to dedicate this show to to my friend Stacy Power who passed away last week. Stacy has told me in the past how much she enjoyed the show and listened in when she could. I always find it heartening to think of friends in far off countries taking the time to listen to a show in the course of their day, while not exactly tangible, this is an important connection for me and one of the main reasons I still schlep out to Coolock every week.
A quick trawl through her mixcloud page shows that some shows clearly held more sway than others. With that in mind I’ve gleaned an hour of tracks that I’m sure Ms. Power would have approved of.
