This is a show I did recently featuring a few tracks by Klimek, an artist on the Kompakt label who is responsible for some of the better tracks in the label’s annual ‘Pop Ambient’ compilation, I have included some of my favorites here. I start the show with Sonny Rollins’ signature piece ‘St. Thomas’ a great up-tempo boppy number then it’s mainly a mix of film soundtrack stuff an ambient music with the great second movement from Henryk Gorecki’s ‘Third symphony’ to end. I’m pleased with how the show turned out and I hope you enjoy it.

A very chilled tone due for this show, mainly due to the amount of Susumu Yokota tracks I played. A gifted producer of House, Ambient and all kinds of experimental music he passed away in March of this year. Also tracks from Gorodisch, Mike and Rich, Harold Budd/Eno, Felix Laband and Julee Cruise.
